- Otheronline reviews point towards a problem with this dr. I wish I had done my own due dilligence before selecting her. My own experience with this doctor has been terrible. Seems to show a lack of concern and empathy for me as a patient. Short in speech and explanation, I have found it necessary to research my medical issues to gain an understanding of such. Her office staff is hit and miss and seems to have a churn. Lisa is the best patient advocate in this office, sadly she can only compensate only so much for the doctors shortcomings. In summary I would simply find another gp. Fransiscan apparently turns a blind eye to what people are saying about this dr.
